Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use the training in our organization to keep our employees and customers up to date on cyber security awareness to safeguard our organization against cyber attacks such as phishing emails, ransomware, internet security, mobile security, etc. We use posters in our lobbies for customer awareness and schedule monthly training videos and modules for employees.
- Training Videos.
- Weekly and Monthly Bulletins.
- Awareness Posters and Materials.
- I really don't have any suggestions for improvements.
- Phishing tests have helped make our users more aware.
- Training modules help to educate users on various attack methods.
- Posters and materials are useful to make our customers aware of threats.
We have not evaluated or used any other products. We had many other institutions reference their use of KnowBe4 while attending IT conferences. Once we evaluated it for ourselves, we were convinced that KnowBe4 training would be a great fit for our organization as well. We did not see a need to make any comparisons at that point. The pricing was also very reasonable for the content received.

It helps keep our users engaged and up to date with current trends in attacks and also where our users may be lacking in training. We find that users need to be refreshed on many things, like phishing attacks and internet security. The variety of modules and videos available with KnowBe4 help us use different methods to present similar knowledge to our users and keep training fresh.
We manually add/archive employees as new hires, terminations, and leave of absence occur. We do not use single sign-on in our organization. We practice what is presented in KnowBe4 training about password security and the re-use of passwords. As well as the use of MFA and therefore we have users create unique passwords for KnowBe4 in the same way we encourage them to use unique passwords for other software and internet sites.
Phish test reports and awareness evaluations for determining training modules that impact our organization most effectively. We use the phish test reports and results to reward users with a monthly drawing for passing all phish tests. We also use the awareness evaluations to guide future training modules and focus on content to be presented to close potential gaps in our cyber security awareness and practices.
