Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
I am the Information Security Training and awareness rep for my business, In 2021, we implemented KnowBe4 Training in both our branch and home office environments. It has been a huge success. When this started our more reluctant staff members were annoyed that this had to occurred - now they cannot wait for the campaigns to be released! Thank you Know Be4 for your amazing modules, quizzes and webinars.
- Subject clarity and readability is prime.
- Customizes well to our environment.
- Excellent Customer Service.
- Accommodating to our unique environment.
- Access to the reporting metrics could be more easily accessible.
- More simplified steps with regard to administrative control would be nice.
- Brandability is a bit restrictive.
- We have been able to develop a concise program for out reps and home office staff.
- Customer Service is one of the best.
- A large variety of training and awareness has made launching our program easy.

when a technical issue is resolved in less than one hour, that is exceptional. I as and admin could not access a specific training. they quickly discovered that out IT have not updated the KB4 tech team as to a upgrade which had been performed internally. they not only discovered the glitch but were actually able to have me notified of any future upgrades automatically on both sides.
