It is much more efficient to get all your training from one platform. The staff are accustomed to the format and questioning and then they are more comfortable answering questions and completing the tasks.

With having everything on one platform its complete one stop shopping so to speak. We have all of our courses. All of our test phishing attempts. We have all of our test results. We have all of ours course results. We have our follow up phishing failure materials. Everything is tracked down to the person. We can tailor it to the individual, groups, etc. This allows it to be targeted as needed or push out extra items if needed. With having everything in one place we can see the entire 365 degree view at once.

Combining data points into one source is always a big benefit. So this is extremely helpful and insightful. Plus, we can compare the corresponding data that matches what we see to get a better picture.
I am a big proponent of consolidating platforms into one where possible, not just for ease of management, analytics, and configuration benefits, but also because users are more likely to do training if it is in one place vs many - this includes myself.

The main benefit of being able to deliver security and compliance training from one platform came in the form of familiarity for our employees. This allowed them to become familiar and comfortable with the excellent modules provided by the knowbe4 platform and it kept them from becoming frustrated when they are asked to use several platforms for various training and reporting. Having more or less of a training aggregate of sorts has made it more palatable to those needing the training.

Being able to provide training in the area of compliance and security all from one centralized location and platform has greatly helped us with tracking employees usage and completion of the trainings. The admins can view reports and then notify employees who are past the due dates to complete the trainings. This helps our organization stay compliant when it comes to these different areas.
