Huge impact: It is up-to-date and very relevant regarding security threats and issues that are current.
We use active directory syncing and the automated training sign-up when an employee is hired. We also train users annually on the Melnick training module. When users are terminated, they are removed from any training modules they have not completed (and active directory will prevent them from being added to any future training). We also have management roles so they can assist in ensuring their employees are completing training.
We use the individual Training module reports so we can send managers their list of users yet to complete training 3 times per month (to ensure all employees are up-to-date on training). I also send the automated KnowBe4 reports out to the management team so they are aware of how this training is affecting our organization. These reports help to solidify the positive impact of the training.
