Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

It's great! Great platform to manage user training and raise cybersecurity awareness. The phishing simulation feature is also great, as it gives a clear indication of how well users understand the training. The ability to customize simulation emails is great, as standard phishing emails are becoming too easy to spot. More advanced threat actors might not have spelling mistakes and could dupe company logos and signatures within emails. KnowBe4 gives you the flexibility and level of customization for anything you need.

  • User awareness training modules are great.
  • Phishing simulations are great.

Cons

  • Not too many features included unless you go to Platinum level.
  • Risk has gone down and awareness up.
