KnowBe4 is used for sending out Phishing campaigns as well as providing training for our end users on how to recognize phishing emails and to help lower the risk of clicking on links in these emails. As a healthcare organization, we have a large risk for ransomware, and the ability to easily report suspicious emails using the phish alert button, as well as the campaigns with fake phishing emails that are sent out, help inoculate our end users from falling for these attempts.

The level of customer service provided by KnowBe4 to their consumers is well above that of any other vendor. Because of this, there has been no consideration past initial due diligence in switching providers for security training. They go above and beyond every day to ensure their customers have all the tools they need to create a safer and better environment.

There are constant changes in the world of cyber security, and KnowBe4 continually us putting out fresh content to help identify these changes and educate the end user. This content has enabled us to always have an up-to-date training module ready for our end users' education and keep them educated on the latest types of attack attempts.
We use the integration that KnowBe4 offers with our active directory services. This allows all of our user databases to always be up to date with passwords and those currently employed for end-user training. We also integrate with SSO so that the end users only have to use one login to access the system.
It is important to us to be able to report to executive management the reduction in clicks we are able to see from the phishing campaigns and the training that is offered.
