We use KnowBe4 to educate end users on email security best practices by using videos, posters, and phishing campaigns.

Without Security Awareness Training, our users would not have been as well equipped to identify threats. Also, with the use of PhishER, we are able to examine phishing attempts and reach out to vendors and customers who may have been compromised. I'm not aware of another security training platform that has the content quality and phishing campaign capabilities of KnowBe4.

Having fresh content has made security training more engaging for our users, and they are much more receptive to it than with other platforms. By using Captain Awareness, we are able to deliver security alerts for our company with a more personalized feel, delivering content via email in addition to training videos. The variety of methods that KnowBe4 uses to reach users makes it more engaging for our users.
We export our users from Active Directory via CSV. It would be nice to have a client that would actively update changes made from Active Directory so that we can better organize our user base in KnowBe4. We also make use of the different built-in groups such as "Clickers" and "No Failures."
The Dashboard is extremely important for us to assess how we are doing with security training and to set appropriate goals. Also, being able to see how many users have clicked on phishing attempts within the past several months helps us to identify what emails they identify correctly as phishing attempts and what areas need improvement.
