Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use this product to educate users on Phishing and other types of security issues. We use the phishing test and training modules as well as the phishing alert module that allows users to report suspicious emails and get instant feedback from the system. The use of this product has greatly increased the awareness of our users of phishing, and we have seen security incidents drop remarkably since we started using it.
Pros
- Phish training.
- Security awareness training.
- Phish alert statistics.
Cons
- The system could have better ties to the email system.
- The system could have better ties to the security tools like MDR and SIEM.
- We have seen remarkable increases in the awareness of the users around security topics.
KnowBe4 is a more comprehensive tool than what we saw with Proofpoint, but it lacks the integrations to other systems that Proofpoint has.
