Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We use the Security Awareness training to educate our users on phishing, physical security, data protection, HIPAA, FERPA, PCI-DSS, and criminal justice topics. We train approximately 1400 users twice a year. While we do our best to educate our employees on cyber dangers, the landscape is constantly changing, and we train regularly to keep our employees informed.
  • Easy to implement.
  • Easy to take (as a user).
  • A variety of formats to deliver training.
  • Easy to use analytics on campaigns.
  • Seamless integration with Active Directory.
  • Outstanding customer support and knowledge base.
  • A larger variety of videos on each topic.
  • An easier way to put users into groups.
  • More email-based items for Cybersecurity Awareness Month.
  • More users question the emails they receive based on questions from users.
  • The training is easy to use and roll out helping with completion metrics.

Users complain about dry and repetitive training content. The videos are entertaining and hold users' attention. We get higher completion rates if we keep the content fresh.
Our system administrators have a single-sign-on setup and keep the user list fresh with a sync to the active directory. Groups are our biggest challenge, particularly in light of the heavy turnover recently.
Reports on completions from the training campaigns are critical. They are easy to get and manipulate offline. Automated ways to reach users who have not completed are easy and essential.
We currently use this product for our cybersecurity awareness program and DEI campaign. We also have linked the videos with Canvas LMS, but sometimes those links get broken, and we lose the ability to track progress. If you train exclusively from the KnowBe4 interface, it works great.
