Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We perform monthly phishing campaigns and annual security awareness training. We also use the PhishER module so employees can report suspicious emails.
- The threat analysis of suspicious emails is fantanstic.
- There are many types of training materials: tests, videos and posters.
- Our customer service rep is always ready and able to assist our team.
- Some of the training classes are too long for me to assign to employees.
- The automatic resolution of phished email doesn't work great. It will say an email is 90+% a threat, but mark it as SPAM.
- The training and phishing simulations helped us get the cybersecurity insurance coverage we needed.

I like the monthly news letters and posters. I use the posters as our company screensavers.
OK - managers have too mush access but we were told it had to do with their titles in AD. That doesn't make sense.
