The library is extensive. In some ways there is so much content that it can be a challenge to identify which training content to publish. There are multiple options for just about every topic and you can choose the lessons that best fit your organization's style and culture.
Our organization is using SAML authentication and user integration with Active Directory. User groups are also integrated, but additional groups can also be utilized in KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training. This has been useful for creating additional training opportunities for whole teams or departments or individuals identified for additional training following phishing tests or other assessment.
We watch the completion rates to ensure users are completing the required (and optional) training modules. We also look closely at the training assessments and phishing test results to ensure employees are comprehending the materials and handling information security matters correctly.
