Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
Currently we use KnowBe4 during the onboarding process for new associates. We specifically focus on the cybersecurity information so our users can be aware of the various pitfalls that they may face. Phishing, phone scams, marketing scams, etc. are a few examples of where we focus user awareness.
- Real life examples of "bad actor" attempts.
- Video repository for ease of use for trainers.
- Download file formats and compatibility with HR systems.
- Cybersecurity insurance levels are impacted by the use of KnowBe4. You must have a specific level of training in place for new hires, etc. in order to achieve the status level that CEENTA has.

The ever-evolving security footprint makes it hard to keep up with training of users. KnowBe4 makes that much easier and keep their content relevant which in the long term protects my organization and allows for training to be fluid with the times.
Currently the most heavily used metrics have to do with phishing campaigns. Those help us to identify the weaknesses in user training and adjust to those focused areas.
