Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use KnowBe4 to train and test our end users via email campaigns. It allows us to teach our end users the importance of cyber security awareness and how to spot common risks such as phishing and malware through fun and interactive courses. As some of the recent statistics point out, 1 in 3 data breaches involves phishing, and 20% of organizations faced a security breach due to a remote worker.
- Interactive and engaging training campaigns.
- Easy to administer.
- Has native phishing plugins for Outlook.
- Documentation is slow to update.
- It has made end users paranoid because they do not want to get phished and have to do the training, so they have started marking everything as phishing, even company communications.
- Users clicking on malicious links have been reduced.
- Users responding to spear-phishing/phishing emails have been reduced.
- Users have dramatically reported more emails as phishing - even legitimate ones.
KnowBe4 is just an overall better product. Sophos Phish Threat is very basic in comparison, and the training campaigns are not as intuitive.
