Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
It is being used across our organization, which includes a hospital, 8 health clinics, a retirement home, and an Alzheimer’s unit. Prior to KnowBe4 our security posture was very weak and our employees did not take CyberSecurity seriously. KnowBe4 has helped us turn this completely around. Our click rates have gone down significantly.
- The trainings themselves are quick, easy, and get right to the point.
- Staff have commented that training is actually fun to do.
- The control center is easy to use and very in-depth.
- Customer service is top notch too!
- Their in-services are very informative.
- I think some of the videos could be improved. Some of them seem a little geared towards children.
- We spent so much time trying to gather data, reports etc prior to KnowBe4. Our IT Security staff has really noticed the difference now.

We decided after demos from both companies.KnowBe4 seemed to be more engaged and they could tailor trainings to more specific job roles. We also liked their management platform much better as it was easy to navigate and work through items on it. The management platform allows you to pull up specific staff and see their progress and send notifications to them.

Using KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
575 - All of our employees are required to do the trainings regardless of their roles. We are a hospital and CyberSecurity is extremely high on our list of trainings. Our staff seem to like these trainings and we never hear any negative feedback. Our staff comment that it is engaging and fun to do.
3 - We have 2 staff with IT Security background and an IT manager that supports it. It is very user friendly and the dashboard is extremely easy to use. I would suggest a KnowBe4 demo just to see how easy it is to navigate and use. You dont need a whole lot of skill to use it.

I would rank the usability for end users as the most important. For CyberSecurity training, you need end users to be engaged. This is not something that they tend to be interested or even care about for the most part. KnowBe4 has certainly made it so our end users are engaged and have taken to the product.
I am not sure I would change anything. I certainly would have gone with KnowBe4 alot sooner. Before them, we used our own home grown content and manually tracked. I wish we moved to KnowBe4 years ago and it has made a huge difference. We are completely happy with this product and don't plan on changing anything about it.

Yes - We tested with a small group of staff and a couple of departments to make sure we worked out all of the kinks. Once we tested that out we rolled out a bit more. After getting it implemented in every department, we began to tailor it to specific departments. Human Resources, Accounting, Billing got very focused training.
Change management was a minor issue with the implementation - Most of the concerns were with having a new product and how to train staff. The usual concerns with different staff responding to different kinds of trainings. We had to have in person, written, and video training. Although the trainings were very simple and staff did not take long to learn the new system.

We dont have "premium" support, I am not sure they have that package. But their basic support has been top notch. They have answered us in a timely fashion and seem to be very knowledgeable about their product. New features occur frequently and most of them seem to be on feedback from customers.
We had a question on a new update they had, it was actually on us that we did not read it correctly. But KnowBe4 went above and beyond and actually had a virtual meeting with us to go over the update set by step. They didnt need to do this but it showed they really care about us as customers.

Yes - I use it all the time on my IPhone. It makes it easy to be mobile and look up things on the fly. The mobile client is not as robust as the regular features but it does the job as needed. I didnt really need this function so it is just an added bonus.
