Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use KnowBe4 as our primary training platform for Cybersecurity. We leverage the phishing campaigns as well as the Phish ER product.
- Phishing Campaign
- Tracking training progress
- Providing multiple different training options.
- Images in the phishing campaigns, as they are not embedded they are all stripped out and this makes the campaigns not as effective.
- Working with other security partners to add the KnowBe4 phishing domains to trusted domain lists. A number of other security partners like checkpoint put the KnowBe4 domains on black lists so they are not usable.
- The quality of training needs to improve as the same message over and over again from the spokesperson is not effective and leads to very little options for training.
- Lower phish click rate
- More completed training
KnowBe4 is significantly ahead of Cofense in its reporting and training offering.

The lack of options at my level of the platform is a very large issue for us. We have very limited quality training options at our current level. This has hindered our ability to drive more engagement into the product.
