KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training Videos are used for our Faculty and Staff Cybersecurity Awareness Training (Required).
- Provides familiar scenarios to users
- Easy to Use/Follow
- Providing Cybersecurity Awareness Training Materials for October for Adults vs. Children
- Once a user has completed the training, they are more prepared to identify spam, phishing, etc.
I'm personally not involved with the Mimecast trainings but I don't believe they have enough info/materials compared to KnowBe4.

Very helpful. As we run our Cybertraining Awareness program 1x a year, we have faculty and staff joining the organization throughout and we can provide them with up to date materials.
We have faculty/staff smart groups and they are enrolled in campaigns. Additionally we have a smart group that enrolls any faculty/staff that started at the University after a specific date and that group is enrolled in an "on going" campaign.
Ability to track who has completed, in progress, not started a campaign.
