It is used for other training, Title IX and FERPA, but it is also used for security awareness training. We currently have annual campaigns but are in the process of changing them to quarterly. KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is also used for onboarding new hires.

It has provided a broader selection for users. However, changes in the pricing model have caused us to evaluate our use of this product.
We just set up campaigns and encourage end users to complete the task.
The most important metrics for us are compliance with the training and the ability to ensure a certain percentage of people are obtaining the training.

Configuring KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
make sure that you setup your on-premise AD groups to sync good active accounts. If you don't you end up with users whos accounts may be disabled or accounts that do not need to be imported into a campaign. which would skew your reporting numbers.

Andy Wierling has always responded quickly and usually has the answer right away though he is not technically support he definitely provides a level of skillset that helps.
