Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We utilize it for a variety of required training. Ranging from PCI Compliance, Cybersecurity, Sexual Harassment, and various other required IT and HR topics. We also use it for sending test Phish emails so users get accustom to seeing what Phishing emails look like and to stop and think before they click.
You can purchase as much security software and devices as you want... but it just takes one user to open the door... this can be our strongest or weakest link... and we use KnowBe4 to strengthen it.
- Phishing Tests
- PCI Compliance and other security related trainings
- Various HR related topics such as Sexual Harassment that cover various states and local laws, professional development, HIPAA, Working remotely, etc.
- Various Regulatory business requirements so it fits anything from medial to retail sector.
- Sometimes the communication templates are hard to edit but other than that its a solid product that once configured kind of runs on its own.
- It has given us easy access to phishing simulations
- It has allowed us to easily find and deploy training around our required regulatory training.
- It helps us to be compliant as well as see what users are needing more help.
- Reporting and seeing how we rank as a business and the various areas of improvement are insightful and helpful in directing our training.
Its been so long ago I can't recall we have been with KnowBe4 for six years or longer... but I will say that once on the platform we have had zero reason to leave the results speak for themselves.

This is where KnowBe4 shines, there are constantly new threats and new attacks on a regular basis. As standards and regulations change so does their training, and it makes it so I don't have to worry about it... it alerts me on training that is being retired that is no longer fits the standard... then I can find a replacement or ask my account team what is the new training that replaced this. So I never really have to worry about it.
We have it integrated with AD, so its automated.
Seeing how we stack as an organization, finding out what is going well, as well as who are those users that are struggling that needs additional help.
