Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training, and the PhishER and PhishRIP modules. This addresses quarterly information security training as well as our monthly phishing awareness campaigns. The ER/RIP portions help us respond to phishing alerts and action upon malicious messages to remove them from other mailboxes.

KnowBe4 Reporting

Phishing receipt and what users opt to do. Report phishing is the highest metric value because you want users to report them, not delete or 'black hole' them. Clicking links tracking is also very important.

Likelihood to Recommend

Great for covering corporate training requirements, training content is fresh, easy to integrate and imaplement.

May be less appropriate for smaller companies. Also, biggest gap is proactive malicious email remediation, but strong for post-receipt email reporting and remediation.
