Our company was needing a solution to make sure all employees with email access were compliant on security and IT training. KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training provided us with a solution to be able to administer training to all employees and track completion. It also gave us the ability to monitor progress year after year.

Positive impact - employees get yearly training that doesn't seem as redundant. They are able to quickly log in and complete the training and have a fresh take on the training.
IT administers and monitors the usage of the platform to make sure individuals are completing timely and that we have 100% training completion.
