We use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to provide training to our employees about cyber security. We also receive weekly newsletters that provide helpful information about trends in the world of cyber security so that we can stay up-to-date and alert about what phishing attacks are common in our industry and with businesses similar to ours.

It keeps our employees up to date with the latest trends in cyber security and phishing attacks. It evolves with the trends and is helpful and informative.
I create new profiles for new employees and assign them to user groups and assign specific training modules. With failed phishing tests, I assign additional training. Viewing employees' risk scores allows me to know which users need additional training as they present the biggest risk to the company for cyber attacks.
