We use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to train users monthly for real world scenarios. This product addresses the issue of a lack of security awareness with our uses. Using this, we have the opportunity to train all of our users with a convenient and reliable method.

  • Tracking of users who have/haven't completed training.
  • The number of users who click on malicious links has gone down

It has allowed us to train users in a convenient means.
We use KnowBe4 to keep track of who has completed trainings, who has failed phishing tests, and the growth of our users.

We have had cases in which users have questioned whether or not to use the phish button. In those cases they have called the help desk or just used the Phish button. Before the trainings, there were a lot more instances of clicking bad actors.
