Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We use KnowBe4 to train all users to address the growing concern of IT security issues hitting businesses. This system educates every computer user in the organization on many subjects including but not limited to email compromises, business email compromise and all-around good IT posture. Users from hourly to executive are required to take any training that is selected by the team.

We appreciate the fresh training content as they are more relevant to what our users have faced or will faced shortly.
We utilize SSO with Okta integration for logins
Completion of a given training session / course are the most important to determine the effectiveness of the training session.
The training is very easy to use and navigate. End users simply click on a link and they are good to go.
