We use KnowBe4 security Awareness training as part of our annual training program, which includes one training and quarterly phishing tests.

Pros

  • Good customer support.
  • Phishing module looks good.
  • Huge content library.

Cons

  • Huge content library but mostly outdated modules.
  • Flexibility to blend various modules as one module.
  • AI Integration.
  • Human Risk Management to be part of KMSAT.
  • There is no tangible data available with us.
The availability of fresh training content and access to different content publishers had a great impact on our security awareness training program.
It has an active sync with our AD.
Risk score and phishing simulation results.
Given our organizational complexity, the use of KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is minimal.
Three years ago, we chose KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training based on its cost and features. However, I've since discovered that there are very sophisticated modules available in the market at a similar cost.
