We leverage the platform's security awareness training library for our annual security awareness campaigns. KnowBe4 addresses our needs to ensure that all our employees are equipped and informed about the latest security threats.

The ability to cater to different learning styles.
Role-based access, automation rules, and security campaign completion that is managed by IT.
Being able to pull an ad-hoc report on the number of users who have not started or not completed their training campaign. Instead of pulling the entire list of users in the campaign, I would want to be able to take a snapshot of a specific metric, such as incomplete/not-started training.
