Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Kronos Workforce Central is utilized by our entire company as our time card. We clock in and out online using this program. It's a great tool because it helps break down everything and it's easy to use and understand. It is also a great tool to keep track of your Paid Time Off.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Keeps track of PTO.
Easy to use.
Makes clocking in painless.

Cons

Sometimes it can take a little bit to register that you have clocked in or out.

Return on Investment

It has kept us organized.
Some of the rounding is confusing and unnecessary.

Alternatives Considered

Calabrio ONE

Kronos Workforce Central and Calabrio ONE are used for two completely different tasks, so it's hard to compare the two.

Likelihood to Recommend

Kronos Workforce Central is well suited for the organization of keeping time as well as letting you know how much PTO you have stored up and is available to use. This program would not be appropriate for very few companies. I highly recommend its use in every company.
