Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Ready
We use Kronos as an HRIS system to connect all branches and departments of our organization. Kronos is working on helping our company consolidate HRIS and TLM into one cohesive system. We are excited to use the system to store all employee data, time data, and security profiles. The Workforce Ready desktop and phone app will make it easier for our employees, managers, and system admins to connect.
Pros
- Display Employee Information.
- Display Labor Level information.
- Unite employees, managers, and system admins in one location with a single view of information; reduces confusion, error, and mistakes.
Cons
- Recruitment Tracking Module. Difficult to make changes if the candidate does not apply through the portal (i.e. is added by the system admin from an application from an outside job board).
- Difficult to track changes made to an employee profile (i.e. status and job changes).
- Unprecedented use of HR, Payroll, and IT time and resources.

We chose Kronos Workforce Ready due to cost effectiveness and ability to unify HRIS and TLM in the same system.

Product usability for our admin and employee user base was the most important factor. If there is not buy in from our Executive Office to our manufacturing employees, then the point of having the system is void.
