Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Ready
Kronos Workforce Ready is being used company wide for time reporting and time off requests.
- Kronos is very customizable for each user.
- It shows many different breakdowns of the reported time. This allows users to see the data in a few different ways.
- Some navigation is not intuitive. This includes having some features listed under headings that don't seem to apply.
- The ability to use arrow keys to navigate through the timesheet (opposed to only being able to tab through one row at a time) would be very beneficial to employees who have to use multiple rows for each work day.
- Outsourcing to Kronos has made the time reporting process easier on the entire IT department.
Oracle forms required a lot of development from in-house IT staff. The program worked, but was difficult to maintain. Kronos was selected because it fulfilled business needs, and relieved a lot of stress from in-house developers.

It had to meet quite a few business requirements, since we were moving from a custom built program. Kronos was able to satisfy most, if not all, of those requirements.
