Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Ready
Kronos is being used by our entire organization. Everyone likes the ease at which Kronos can be used and its availability. Employees can log on from anywhere to manage their personal payroll entries. Some employees even use the mobile app. The reporting capabilities are what I personally enjoy using. These reports keep us organized and knowledgeable.
- The system is incredibly user friendly. Even those with little computer experience can navigate Kronos.
- The reporting is amazing. There's a million different ways you can categorize reports to find the very specific data you're looking for.
- The customer service behind Kronos is wonderful. If you have an issue, there is always someone from the support team ready to assist you.
- There's a limit for functionality of jobs. Once you enter 1500 jobs to allocate time, the system will not allow your employees to see these jobs in a 'tree' view which hinders our employees ability to find the job they are looking for.
- We have definitely cut down on the amount of time it takes to enter our payroll. Getting payroll entered into Kronos and getting payroll entered has been cut in half because of this program. Also it is a lot easier to contact support with Kronos than other programs used in the past. The wait time to get an issue resolved is significantly smaller than other programs.
- Timekeep and QuickBooks
Kronos is much more user friendly. It's easy to access from anywhere whereas quickbooks is only available to certain users. Timekeep didn't have the same functionality as Kronos. Kronos operates the same as Timekeep however Kronos is much more detailed and easier to use.

Usability. When you're not able to use a product the way you had hoped, it has a negative impact on your business. Kronos works exactly as advertised and we love it.
