Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Ready
We are using WFR across the company for Time & Attendance, Payroll & HR. We moved off an older Time & Attendance product that needed to be replaced and in the decision added Payroll & HR so that the data was in one platform.
- Having an automated workflow for Time & Attendance functions has reduced errors and has eliminated 90% of the paper used the old way.
- The Self Service Portal puts the information employees want at their finger tips 24/7. This has resulted in fewer inquires to the Payroll & HR person.
- I would like to see the Mobile Application provide all the functionality of the platform for both Employees and Managers. There are currently quite a few sort comings. Improvements are on there road map but not here today.
- It has allowed us to better track and provide accurate time off levels and usage.
- we have been able to eliminate 1,000s of pages of printed reports and logs for Time Tracking that will help in the ROI.
We evaluated Zenefits, Paycom, and Criterion. We felt that Kronos WFR was the best fit for our company in both the features and price.
