Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Ready
Kronos Workforce Ready is currently being used by the whole organization. We use Payroll, Timekeeping, HR, ACA, and Leave of Absence. It integrated our payroll and timekeeping functions. We also have had time savings, and all of our information is in one place. It also got rid of using spreadsheets to keep track of all of our records.

- Kronos has ability to do an Electronic W2 statement for Federal, but does not create the electronic file for state W2s.
- Would be great if payroll tax filings would have the ability to be done right in Kronos instead of using another thrd party software.
- It has improved payroll errors.

- Ability for all employees, managers, supervisors to all have access to the system at different security levels.

Kronos is a much easier system to use. The software is continually improving with the addition of new functionality. Our payroll and timekeeping system is all integrated. The support with Kronos is by far superior than the support that we had with our old system. Very knowledgeable support staff that is always willing to help.

Kronos had the features that we needed under one system. We have HR, payroll, timekeeping, document retention, ACA reporting, and Leave Module all under one software system.
