Overall Satisfaction with Lane Four
We use Lane Four for internal routing - account distribution, implementation projects, assignments, etc. The business problems that Lane Four solves for are basically manual workflows being handled by the platform eliminating human error and assigning to the correct teams and business units to accounts and projects. For the most part this product solves the need intended.

I have used LeanData at other organizations but was never involved in the buying process. Both tools are made to support similar use cases (routing, assignment, handoffs, implementation projects, etc.). I don't have any insight into how much these tools or others in the space stack up cost-wise or what the ROI is.
