Overall Satisfaction with Laserfiche

During my employment with Texans Credit Union Laserfiche was used to pull up the imaging of check to verify signatures provided by our members. It was used by the entire organization and it addressed the problem of needing the signing member there to permit transactions.

  • Large storage capacity
  • Could use faster functionality
  • Could use a more user friendly interface
  • It made customer service to our members better by safeguarding their account through verfication.
  • It made locating member applications easier for reference
Laserfiche was better in the sense that it provided more options to search and locate stored data, unlike FileBound where searching for anything was impossible and inefficient.
I gave Laserfishe a 5 due to the fact the interface and user options could be improved. Laserfiche could possibly create the program to be more proficient in search terms and allow for more customized options so that users could tailor thier needs.
It was suited for verifing member information and signatures however it was not appropriate to quickly access the needed information. Some key questions would be in regards to improving the software interface and making the information quicker to access.
