- Our on-boarding document has cut staff time down on processing a new employee, termination etc. The form ties several dept work orders together.

Once you go Laserfiche you'll never go back
- When a document arrives and we scan it, we don't have to enter all the associated data for it. That is done automatically by workflows that we have created. The actual physical handling of documents has gone way down. The time it takes to process a document has significantly decreased.
- We also don't have to store those paper documents anywhere. Once they are scanned then they are shredded. Many times now they arrive in electronic form from the customer so we never see the paper form at all.

- Business Process Automation has increased the capacity of a fixed workforce. By reducing the workload of individuals on repetitive tasks, it allows them to work on higher-value tasks.
- Business Process Automation increases accuracy as well by defining a clear process with forms, emails, and document routing on each step. This leads to greater worker productivity.
- Most of our customers see an immediate ROI on time savings, and better information analysis and records search. Paper processes replaced by Laserfiche are no longer plagued with situations where a single person knows where large numbers of documents are for example.

- It is hard to quantify the value of the time saved, and the value of having documents immediately available at your fingertips, but we are relatively new to Laserfiche and it has already provided a high return on investment and the value will continue to grow as we implement it further.

Fishy LaserFiche Review
- Laserfiche has had a positive ROI impact on all departments that use the software. By improving work processes and inefficiencies many departs saved hours a day once Laserfiche was implemented.
- The Commissioner of Revenue's Office had the largest ROI of any departments that I bought up on Laserfiche as well as having the lowest cost to bring up users and scanners.
- The Sheriff's office was the most difficult to bring up because of the back-log and historical documents that needed to be scanned and tagged with meta data. I would recommend using a third party to scan back documents if it is more than 3 months internal scanning.

VT's Hokies use Laserfiche
- Because of Laserfiche's using a format that is very similar to Windows Explorer, my new users are a lot less intimidated when using Laserfiche for the first time. Within a few minutes, they are able to navigate to the data needed, which is much, much faster than their trying to locate the hard copy of the same data.
- Sustainability initiatives have been exceeded because several of VT's departments have given up the paper and gone digital.
- Laserfiche tends to be the common denominator between departments when it comes to sharing data, and for keeping their data current.
