Overall Satisfaction with Laserfiche
We are currently using Laserfiche as our core business application for automated workflows, document management, document retention, process and review. Laserfiche has greatly reduced the amount of physical paper that we use, which in turn exponentially increased our efficiency with document management. Our internal turn around time to process documents from the field work force has been reduced from days to hours.
- Document Management via workflow creation and usage. Building and utilizing solid workflows can speed up all steps in the document management process.
- Detailed information of document creation, movement, modification, and review by utilizing the Audit Trail features. These features and captured events and very useful during internal and external audit verification.
- End user interface is very simple to use. The GUI has the look and feel of a Microsoft based product, so the learning curve is greatly reduced.
- Making the Snapshot utility available to end user in the field via the Web Access client would be very helpful and save time.
- Having a visual widget that can be utilized by the system administrators to see the current status of a document and possible flow chart of a document by using data from the audit trail.
- Absolute increased efficiency for both internal employees and field service reps. Multiple persons can view and work on the same document at one time.
- Increased view of document management by having the robust Audit Trail feature.
Laserfiche is by far the leader in workflows and end user interfaces.
