Overall Satisfaction with Laserfiche
We are a reseller. As an engineer, I had to have full knowledge of the product, road map, installation, support, and solutions design.
- I like the public forms and how much of it you can customize.
- Workflow designer is very user friendly and easy to learn.
- Web access has recently been revamped and looks great.
- Integration with PDFs needs to be better, especially fillable PDFs.
- I'd also wish workflow could send attachments back to forms instead of just data.
- Laserfiche Connector still isn't what they make it sound like. There are a lot of bugs and it's clunky.
- We sell Laserfiche, so the more features it develops and more packages they provide, the more we can get our clients excited.
- Working with the Laserfiche sales team has always been great. They support resellers very well.
- We make it our mission to be the top seller in the LA area.
I think it is great for on boarding. There are a lot of files that need to be saved and verified and every person should have their own folder. That sort of interaction between an applicant and HR is easily handled in Laserfiche. Applicants can be easily routed to the correct hiring manager and public form links can be emailed out. It just makes for a good streamlined process.
