Overall Satisfaction with Laserfiche
When I was assigned a project to scan all terminated employee files and then move and arrange them into Laserfiche, it was the first time I learned about Laserfiche and its capabilities. Since then, I've utilized Laserfiche on a regular basis for a variety of activities during my internship. Laserfiche is used throughout the company to save and retrieve long-term records as needed.
- Organizing files with folders is simple. You can tidy up the files
- Laserfiche's wide range of file types compatibility. It appears to hold everything
- Laserfiche does so much more than merely store files. Add metadata, OCR, manipulate documents, and lock down portions for select departments
- You can't change or relocate the file during OCRing, which is inconvenient when there are many pages to scan. It prevents multitasking
- For a firm with several departments, the option to grant specific access privileges to certain folders makes it ideal
- As a result of Laserfiche, we've eliminated several hardcopy papers
