Overall Satisfaction with LastPass for Business

With a lot of software and accounts flying around today's modern businesses, it's critical to be able to securely access and keep log in information as simply as possible. Similarly, reducing the time our information technology experts have to spend helping our users manage, and recover passwords and account information.

We utilize it for shared accounts, and personal account managing. Keeping everyones information in one place truly does help us keep our information in line

We originally choose last pass for business due to its ease of use, simplicity, and its scalability. We eventually moved away from this software to Bitwarden for its higher customization levels and its also having everything we needed to get the job done at a cheaper price to our organization.
Last pass is fairly good at creating users and groups, which will take a good deal of management from IT to ensure we are provisioning our users correctly. After a bit of time invested into correct management, the software is very easy to scale, and pricing does not get outrageous for the pricing itself

They have delivered us a good amount of how to videos and a good forum to where we rarely have had to utilize the support features and client success team members they have. To me and most people I interact with , not needing to contact support is a great support service.
I believe that last pass for business can be a very good piece of software for small to medium sized companies who need to keep things in better organization then sticky notes or in 'little black books'. This will be a major step for your company in the security and organization of your digital assets
