Overall Satisfaction with LastPass for Business

Our business relies on cloud-based software and LastPass allows us to share passwords across our team in an orderly fashion. We use LastPass to share client bank information with seasonal workers and contractors.

  • User interface
  • A clear understanding of admin functions
  • Improve the browser integration
  • Reduced time looking for passwords.
  • Removes the need for handwritten notes or excel sheets to store data.
  • Allows password sharing without sharing the password.
I haven't used any comparative experiences.

I haven't reached out to support...yet.
LastPass is useful for small business managers that rely on passwords and sensitive data that needs to be shared throughout the company (even a company of one). I don't see LastPass being used for an IT-based company that would have deeper functionality.
