Overall Satisfaction with Lattice
It helps our organization provided biweekly updates to our direct manager. This allows them to see what we have been working on and invites them to offer feedback or ask questions. It also allows us to set goals, answer anonymous questions, and conduct performance reviews so it has been a great tool for our organization.

Even though ClickUp is mainly an HR platform, it can be used for a variety of purposes. The features are just right and it is straightforward and simple to use. Many of these platforms tend to add many features, which end up causing an overwhelming feeling but it has been superb compared to other vendors who do tooo much.
