Overall Satisfaction with Lattice

We use Lattice for a lot of use cases, our entire organization details are present in Lattice where we can view teams and their info, and they set up profiles here so we can view personal details if they have added and their birthdays, anniversary celebrations, and a lot about team structures and people. As we are a remote-first company, it's helpful to know more about others, and when someone does something great, people give praise to them in Lattice, which sends a notification to all other folks in the entire org, which is very helpful to recognize their effort. And we have our performance review in Lattice, where we get upward review and peer reviews and individual review to grow and various stuff for identifying drawbacks and improving, and we have 1:1s to schedule with managers and a few org surveys take place in Lattice and we use it for sending weekly updates to our managers.

Smart workflows like performance reviews, feedback and goal setting and 1:1 are simple to schedule and add points to discuss, and growth plans and giving and requesting feedback is very easy, and company-wide praise section and good integration with Slack which is really helpful for timely reminders and other stuff like praise. And can't stop talking about public praise — it's one of the best features in Lattice, very engaging and feels very good when someone praises — company-wide gets a message in Slack #praise channel.
All-in-one performance platform for engagement, goals, reviews, 1:1, department information, feedback, growth plans, and a robust management system and smart workflows, and a great tool for remote-first companies and seamless integrations with Slack, calendars, and each tool in Lattice connects — no need for manual interventions. Overall, a great platform with many features.

It's well suited for managing performance reviews, feedback, organization structure, 1:1 check-ins, praise section, employee recognition, personal development and transparent communications, offers structured feedback, goals, career growth, all essentials for reviews and growth and review cycles and company-wide recognitions, surveys, and as it's total overall to a HR platform. But we use Rippling for payroll, and it's more tech-savvy, which might be overwhelming for a few and less engagement and adoption if someone doesn't want integrations it provides like Slack.
