Overall Satisfaction with Lead Forensics
Lead generation for our sales team and account managers. Finding potential (and current) customers visiting our websites and proactively reaching out to existing contacts within those companies or using LinkedIn to locate more viable points of contacts or alternatives. The business problem we face is complacency in managing current customers and missing opportunities to find and work with new potential customers and companies.

Cons
- Integration/functionality with Salesforce contact management
- Reporting customization and building is convoluted - too many options
- Dashboard has too many options/dropdowns
- We have not been able to equate any tangible ROI yet (partially due to internal adoption and use)
- In my opinion, this tool has already been very helpful in lead generation. Now its just a matter of my sales team leveraging it for themselves.
Lead Forensics is definitely more economical for a team and provides a lot more information on companies while also still providing the insights on contacts working for the company.
