Overall Satisfaction with Lead411
Lead411 is used to find email addresses for people we find on LinkedIn and want to market to via email. I am the only person who uses it and it is used as a backup if ZoomInfo doesnt have contact information on someone. It is a good backup and can usually find info or at least guess on their contact information based on others from that company.
- Be able to find contact information such as email address or phone numbers
- Daily emails come out that provide great insight to companies that are hiring or received funding or were in the news
- You can search off of LinkedIn or the Lead411 platform itself
- We still have trouble importing contacts from LinkedIn to Salesforce, so I have to get the info and manually add it in myself which is frustrating
- Their customer service team has not been extremely helpful while trying to fix the issue of Salesforce integration
- I use it a lot.....but it is frustrating having to manually input contact information into Salesforce
- I love the daily emails as I have found a few companies to Target from the Funding aspect
- Hoping we can integrate the Salesforce portion soon!
- ZoomInfo and DiscoverOrg
They are great as a backup provider.....we use ZoomInfo as the main provider and are evaluating DiscoverOrg when renewal is up.
