Overall Satisfaction with Lead411

I am using Lead411 to obtain email addresses to reach out to perspective customers. However, more important to me, with COVID19 and most people working remote my main reason is to obtain telephone numbers to follow up on the email.

It is tied into LinkedIn but also works well with HubSpot our CRM. Very easy to merge records, saving me on time to cut and paste.

  • Very cost effective for the smaller companies to justify.
  • More accurate information over competitive services.
  • Customer and sales support excellent, very easy to do business.
  • Capability to provide updates - could be my learning curve.
  • I have gained telephone & emails of prospects turning them into sales.
False or wrong information. Lusha gave me someone's phone number, very embarrassing calling the wrong number. Lusha gave me wrong telephone numbers right off the bat. Some are tied to only LinkedIn and no search feature. UpLead hard to learn and wrong email addresses or company listings.
