Overall Satisfaction with LeadIQ

It is used by everyone in our sales department (SDRs, closers, AM). The problem it addresses is that it helps all the hunters to find the appropriate contacts to call on and how to reach them via phone (professional and personal), email, and physical mailing address of the company they work for.
  • Providing accurate email addresses.
  • Providing accurate work phone numbers.
  • Personal cell number is not always accurate.
  • Sometimes the information is from the prospect's old company.
  • The positive impact is that it provides a good amount of phone numbers for the reps to call on. They wouldn't be able to find them otherwise.
  • The negative is when the numbers are incorrect, it provides a bad customer experience.
When it comes to data accuracy, LeadIQ has an upper hand. Also, the user interface is more user-friendly. They have a pop-up bar on the side of the screen instead of having to go to another page to use it. Also, it integrates with Gmail pretty well.
Their reps have visited our office several times during implementation and have continued to provide excellent support during adapting.

There are times where LeadIQ does not have the most up to date information which causes the reps to call on the prospect's old company, their spouses, or previous phone number owner. When the number is the prospect's spouse's number, it usually leaves a bad customer experience.
