Overall Satisfaction with LeanData

LeanData is an integral part of our business. One of the primary uses of LeanData is to ensure that we have fair and equitable lead distribution. We also want to ensure the best lead/customer experience possible by being quick to address and answer leads, and also direct leads to the right person the first time to reduce friction. Our LeanData graph helps us do this!

We use LeanData primarily for the following use cases and tasks:
- Lead Routing for new business leads and re-directing customers who come in via our lead funnel
- De-duplication of leads and contacts
- Merging leads and contacts
- UserGems Lead Routing
- Slack Notifications about leads, lead transfers, and closed won deals

Pros

Cons

  • It is a complex tool that does have a learning curve.
  • I'd like to their support channel to provide suggestions, not just troubleshoot errors.
  • Continue to make improvements and changes as they have been!

LeanData has a learning curve because it is a robust and powerful tool. There are nuances to understand and learn, which can be overcome by taking one of their certification courses. The course provides a lot of practical learning opportunities. LeanData also has a great team available to help you through support, CSM/AE, and the certifications I mentioned. That said, there is a lot to learn and master to understand how it works, set it up, and audit progress. It is worth investing the time though.
I have not used other products for lead routing besides doing manual distributions and this is much better than that!

LeanData is great for lead routing and enables us to run this in an automated fashion. The lead routing graph can handle various scenarios, allowing for a scenario that is as simple or complex as you need. You can also create routing graphs for multiple Salesforce objects, such as leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities. This allows for a high level of customization. The tool also integrates well with Salesforce and has good integrations with Slack, UserGems, etc.
