Pros
- Complex lead routing
- Complex matching rules

- Notifications
- Merging and de-duping of Salesforce objects
Cons
- It is a complex tool that does have a learning curve.
- I'd like to their support channel to provide suggestions, not just troubleshoot errors.
- Continue to make improvements and changes as they have been!
- Speed to lead
- Fair and equitable lead distribution
- Salesforce hygiene
- Timely notifications about leads and new business
- Integrations provide seamless use between other tools
I have not used other products for lead routing besides doing manual distributions and this is much better than that!
