Overall Satisfaction with LeanData

We currently leverage LeanData for lead routing across our sales organization, data hygiene and account team assignments. Most recently, we have started to leverage Book-it to help expedite getting customers linked to account executives. There are a couple other initiatives we want to leverage LeanData for with respect to account and contact routing but those will come in a few weeks. We have also integrated LeanData with Marketo to enable automated MQL triggers so we can further expedite our routing assignments.

Pros

Cons

  • Tiebreaker rules can be a little complicated
  • Needs more platform integrations (ie gong engage)
  • Full detail audit log downloads
  • We are getting leads routed to sellers in under 3 minutes w/ data enrichment
  • Converting 33% of book-it customers allowing for quicker sales cycle
I think overall it is a great platform and rather easy to pick up the basics, the advanced items are a little more complicated and can time some time to learn and make sure you are leveraging correctly. They have a great university and Kevin who leads the learning team has been wonderful to work with especially as we have taken the courses and received our certifications.

When you have a non-standard lead routing need, LeanData shines very bright. In our experience, it is more affordable than Chili Piper as well as processes data much more quickly. We also believe their Book-It functionality is very quick and easy to stand up and make a significant impact for the sales team. We have already seen it drive 15% inbound meetings with our account executive team. We will see the downstream effect of this in a couple of weeks but we are excited with the early results and a further reason we are happy users of LeanData.
