Overall Satisfaction with LeanData

LeanData is most amazing tool i have used so far for Lead routing. We use it majorly for lead routing purposes, it is super-efficient it provides us with options for Round Robin and putting Routing on hold for a particular member when on vacation. It is easy to use and extremely useful in all kinds of mapping based on Address, Industry and Zip codes.

Pros

  • when a Sales Rep is on vacation it gives you option to pause routing and reroute to another rep
  • Routing based on Country, states, industry and super helpful based on zip codes
  • territory management, you can divide large country into easy states Or industry or zip codes
  • Dynamic Routing - routing based on Employee size of the firm
  • audit logs -it is the best for tracking missing leads and contacts

Cons

  • i believe after having used LD for months now it could have better interface and better user experience. Sometimes the software hangs and lags in case of many changes happening together.
  • made jobs of marketing Ops team super easy with lead routing

  • made job of sales ops team easy with super efficient dynamic routing and territory management
the tool is super-efficient and easy to use. It is a user-friendly tool and very helpful in sales operations and lead management.

LeanData is an amazing and super-efficient Lead Routing platform. For us it has solved many problems such as, territory management, dynamic lead routing, reps away on vacation, rerouting leads to another reps. Audit log feature is super helpful in finding duplicates and missing leads. It would be great if LeanData offered an enrichment feature as well, then we can have just 1 solution for all leads related problems.
