at Motorola Solutions, we heavily use LeanData for automated lead routing, which has significantly improved our lead response times by getting new leads to the correct sales reps instantly. We also leverage its account fuzzy matching capabilities to clean up our CRM data, resolve duplicate accounts, and accurately associate leads with existing accounts, providing a much clearer view of our customer interactions. This usage spans across our sales development, account executive, and marketing operations teams, making it a core tool for managing lead flow and ensuring data accuracy in our CRM.
