Insightly turned out to be so rigid, it did not meet our needs. They were very hard to get in contact with, never by placing a call. And they have questionable business practices, forced us into paying for another year of service we had no intention of using. Their product is so bad, we decided to switch to Less Annoying CRM, while still paying for a year of Insightly.
