Overall Satisfaction with Less Annoying CRM

We use it to manage existing and prospective client contact information, and our interaction with them. We use setting tasks and the calendar to keep us on track.

Insightly turned out to be so rigid, it did not meet our needs. They were very hard to get in contact with, never by placing a call. And they have questionable business practices, forced us into paying for another year of service we had no intention of using. Their product is so bad, we decided to switch to Less Annoying CRM, while still paying for a year of Insightly.

Flexibility and customization.
This is the best aspect of Less Annoying CRM. The quality of the support team is amazing, and they are easy to get ahold of.
We were using another CRM, and hated it! They locked us into a sales process that did not fit, and were difficult to get in contact with. They really were not interested in meeting our needs. Less Annoying CRM is a total opposite experience. It has made us so much more productive. We have it configured like we want, and are able to have any questions we may have answered within minutes. Truly amazing service!
